this catalog are for informational purposes only and should not be
construed as the basis of a contract between a student and this
institution. Matters of curricula and degree progress and completion as adopted by
the faculty are subject to deletion, addition, or amendment at any time
as deemed necessary. Should changes in a program of study become
necessary, those changes will be applied liberally and without penalty.
For students having discontinuous enrollment, the catalog of the year of
readmission will guide their program of study.
While the provisions of this catalog will ordinarily be applied as
stated, Columbus State University reserves the right to change any
provision listed in this catalog including, but not limited to, academic
requirements for graduation, without actual notice to individual
students. Every effort will be made to keep students advised of any such
changes. Information on changes will be available in the Office of the
Registrar, from the dean of the college, or from the chair of the
department concerned. It is the responsibility of each student to be
aware of current graduation requirements for particular degree
programs.
